So the talks over the nuclear issue have broken down. BUT THEY WILL RESUME. Meanwhile Iran is extracting a terrible price from the West for its compliance - The survival of Bashar and a consequent decade of war in Syria. I am not at all sure the game is worth the candle.

Talks on curbing Iran's nuclear program ended with no deal
early Sunday after France objected that proposed measures didn’t go far enough.
US Secretary of State John Kerry said “significant progress” had been made on
the remaining differences.
