Foreign powers mull 'incentives' for Iran

Iran has the world over a barrel, wouldn't you say:

Talks in China on Iran's nuclear program are focusing on possible "incentives" rather than purely punitive measures against Tehran, State Department spokesman Sean McCormack told reporters Wednesday.Representatives for the United States, Russia, Britain, France, Germany, China and the European Union are -- "following up on the recommendations of the foreign ministers to look at the incentive side of the equation," said McCormack, adding that there have been "some good discussions" on the issue.
